• Chocolat Infini — bean-to-bar chocolate company built from scratch with a fully instrumented production line. Gold at the 2025 Craft Chocolat Challenge.
• Connaxio — electronics consulting and in-house PCB manufacturing, 2021–2024.
• Quantum magnetometer — diamond NV-centre sensor miniaturized from a lab rack to a single PCB with SBQuantum and Université de Sherbrooke.
• VAMUdeS — autonomous drone surveillance system, 3× AUVSI-SUAS international winner.
